Excellent post. Watching start-up companies start 'pitching' to a customer with the first half of their "Investor Deck" is one of the most depressing things. With bootstrapped companies, that doesn't tend happen. They've actually SOLD stuff, they know what problem they're solving. They're INQUIRING, not ADVOCATING. It's an absolute joy to watch.
